Personality
He has a warm personality. He is sweet, good natured, niave, gullible and is alot nicer then any other character on the show. He hardly ever curses.
Creation
Butters is based on Eric Stough, a childhood friend of Trey Parker who also works on the show. His nickname was Butters and the voice Matt Stone does is his impression of Eric.
